New French Bakery has great packaging for it’s products. Blue is not the color that first comes to your mind when you think of bakery products, but Allison Newhouse has managed to use it very cleverly. Very nice packaging.
It’s not the color that sells. Today’s consumer desires a simple, practical, “decluttered” shopping experience. Simplistic packaging graphics that declutter the selling experience and convey the WIIFM value proposition will find success. This one works nicely due to the messaging, regardless of the color.
